Our Practice supports the training of future doctors and healthcare professionals.
From time to time, the Practice may host a GP registrar (a fully qualified doctor undertaking specialist training in general practice). Registrars work under the supervision of an experienced GP.
Any involvement of trainees in your care will always be explained to you in advance, and you are free to decline without this affecting your care in any way.
Medical students may occasionally be attached to the Practice for short periods as part of their training. This may involve observing consultations only.
You will always be asked for your consent before a student is present. If you would prefer not to have a student involved, please let the receptionist or clinician know — your decision will be respected and will not affect your care.
