Accessing your medical records

You have the right to access your medical records. Requests are normally free of charge and can be made by contacting the Practice. We aim to respond within one month.

We keep medical records in line with the NHS Scotland Records Management Code of Practice.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
