📬 How to Make a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint, please put it in writing (email preferred) and address it to:

Boyd will arrange a suitable time to discuss your concerns and ensure your complaint is handled promptly and respectfully.
⏱️ Our Complaints Process

✅ We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days

📆 We aim to provide a full response within 28 working days

📞 Responses may be given in person, by phone, or in writing, depending on the nature of the issue
All complaints are managed confidentially and in line with NHS Scotland policy.
⚖️ If You’re Not Satisfied
If you remain unhappy after receiving our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO).
