We are committed to providing the highest quality care and service to all our patients.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please let us know — your feedback helps us learn, improve, and maintain high standards of care.


📬 How to Make a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint, please put it in writing, this can be sent by email to ggc.gp46630clinical@nhs.scot, putting "Complaint" in the subject and address it to:

The manager will arrange a suitable time to discuss your concerns and ensure your complaint is handled promptly and respectfully.


⏱️ Our Complaints Process

  • ✅ We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days

  • 📆 We aim to provide a full response within 28 working days

  • 📞 Responses may be given in person, by phone, or in writing, depending on the nature of the issue

All complaints are managed confidentially and in line with NHS Scotland policy.


⚖️ If You’re Not Satisfied

If you remain unhappy after receiving our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO).
