The Practice uses secure NHS-approved systems to support the delivery of care and to allow patients to access certain services online.

These services may include:

• Booking and cancelling appointments

• Ordering repeat prescriptions

• Viewing parts of your medical record online

• Electronic transfer of records when you register with a new GP practice

Online access is optional. If you would like to register for online services or discuss access to your medical records, please contact reception for advice.
