We aim to make the surgery accessible for all patients and will make reasonable adjustments wherever possible to support individual needs.
There is level access through the main entrance, and a wheelchair is available for use within the surgery if required.
If you experience hearing difficulties when being called to see a doctor or nurse, please let us know. We can place an alert on your medical record and arrange for a member of staff to personally collect you from the waiting area.
We also have a portable induction loop available. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception.
If you have any additional accessibility needs or require support to access our services, please contact the Practice and we will do our best to assist.
